Flexible rates

The flexible rates still give you the option to change or cancel reservations free of charge within a certain period.

For reservations made through the hotel, you will receive a payment link a few days before arrival (see the different payment methods at the bottom of this page), so that the reservation can be guaranteed - after this it can no longer be changed or cancelled (free of charge).

Credit card authorization

Other booking sites often ask for a credit card. In that case, a payment link is not sent, but we make a credit card authorization shortly before arrival. An amount is then reserved on your credit card. We do this to guarantee your reservation and for a possible late arrival. At check-in, you then pay for the stay.

After check out, this reserved amount will be debited from your credit card.

For security reasons, we cannot receive credit card details by telephone or email.

Non-refundable rates

For non-refundable reservations, payment for the reservation must be made immediately. The reservation can no longer be changed or cancelled free of charge. Should plans change, please contact the hotel for possible options.

Gift cards

We do not have gift cards. If you still want to offer a stay to someone, you can pay for the stay in advance by means of a payment link.
