To ensure clarity regarding our services, all reservations and services are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) issued by Koninklijke Horeca Nederland.

These terms and conditions include information about:

House Rules

To help ensure that every guest enjoys a pleasant, safe, and relaxing stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.


Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out is until 11:00 AM.


Smoking

Ramada The Hague Scheveningen is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are only permitted in the designated outdoor areas. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges.


Peace & Quiet

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.


Visitors

Visitors are welcome. For the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly ask that visitors are registered with the reception in advance. Overnight stays are only permitted for registered guests.


Pets

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, pets are not permitted in the hotel. Certified assistance dogs are, of course, welcome in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.


Damage

We kindly ask you to treat your room and the hotel's facilities with care. Any damage to guest rooms, furnishings, or other hotel property may be charged to the responsible guest


Parking

If you make use of our parking facilities, you do so at your own risk. The hotel cannot accept liability for damage to or theft of vehicles or personal belongings left inside them.
