What time can I check in?
Check-in is available from 15:00. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability. Of course, you can always drop off your luggage and store it safely in our designated storage area.
What time do I need to check out?
Check-out is before 11:00, and on Sundays before 12:00. Would you like to sleep in a little longer? Late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability, with an additional fee. Please contact our reception for more information.
Do you serve breakfast?
Our extensive breakfast buffet costs €22.50 per adult. For children up to 12 years old, the price is €11.25 per child. Breakfast Times:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 10:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 11:00
Sunday: 08:00 – 12:00
Can I park at the hotel?
Ramada The Hague Scheveningen has its own parking facilities. Reservation is required. The cost is €32.50 per night per car. Parking is available from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.
Need to park earlier or stay longer? This is possible subject to availability—please inquire at the reception.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome. When making your reservation, please mention in the comments field that an assistance dog will accompany you. At check-in, you will be asked for the dog’s identification, and the dog must wear a harness or leash clearly indicating that it is an assistance animal.
I forgot something at the hotel. What should I do?
If you have forgotten something at our hotel, please contact us as soon as possible. You can call us at+31 70 306 5500or emailinfo@ramadascheveningen.nl.If your item has been found, you can either pick it up or have it shipped to you. All lost items are kept for three months.
Can I rent a bike at the hotel?
You can rent a bike, subject to availability on the day of rental. The cost is €16 per day (€29.50 for an e-bike). Please inquire at the reception for availability and options.
Do you have charging points for electric cars?
Ramada The Hague Scheveningen offers charging points for electric vehicles, allowing you to easily charge your car during your stay. Please note: advance reservation is required.
Can I book without a credit card?
It is possible to make a reservation without a credit card. Please contact our reception directly viainfo@ramadascheveningen.nl. Our staff can send you a payment link to confirm your booking.
Is it possible to book for a long stay or a group?
